i think you can add the other package and then switch between the two.
i usually open a second instance of leksah (on linux/ubuntuu) and work
on the other package there.
if the package does compile and install (check that leksah says so),
then you just switch to the other leksah window and configure compile
and build there. (needs reconfiguring to update for the new version of
the package that you changed in the first window).
