Itwas pretty difficult to find a proper guide to install the Mod without HF Patch. But actually the steps itself is so easy. You just need to copy the mod files to \Sybaris\GameData in your CM3D2 directory or folder. Before that, I realize there is no Sybaris folder in CM3D2 directory. So what the hell? It turns out you need to download Sybaris first and extract it to CM3D2 root directory. Sybaris can be downloaded from this link : _b/download/255/cm3d2_b_255.zip

So how do you install Sybaris? Just extract the files to CM3D2 root directory. Sybaris directory must be one level below CM3D2 directory. And you should found GameData, Loader, Plugins, Poses, and Preset directories inside Sybaris directory. See below to understand more.

After that, run the game and the option to choose the ears, hair, clothes, and strikers will appear in you game. Making the character looks like Eila takes a bit effort however. You need to find specific hair color, faces, body, and every other parts not included in the mod. After that, you just need to pick the right hair, ears, clothes, striker, and even the gun. Here is an example from me. I know she is still not quite perfect.

You can find a lot of mod of CM3D2 on twitter just by using #CM3D2 hash tag on twitter. But not all of them provide download link. Anyway, please note that Mod is not officially supported by KISS. It might cause your game to crash on certain occasion or due to conflict between two mods. Just be careful when installing a bunch of mods at the same time.

When i add Sybaris to my game that has reipatcher and english ui/text everything suddenly becomes in japanese and the game gets censored. is there a translation patch for this ? and also the characters no longer follow camera movement
