I received an outside query about obtaining an installation file for TropeTrainer 7.  Any thoughts. Someone else asked whether anyone is going to bring it back. I assume the answer is no, but wanted to check.

I used for work as a Consultant for Kinnor, and the last update
Tom B. z"l did was Version 6, which has input from me in it.  It
turned out that the problem with making the Mac version usable
under the new Mac OS was the audio portion, and neither Tom
nor the Israeli coders who helped were able to solve that issue.

Kinnor has been closed, and there will be no future product with
the Trope Trainer™ name.  However, the good news is that there
are discussions afoot about something similar being worked on
by either a (formerly) rival company, or by a group of clergy with
coding skills and their congregants who have the skills to help.

Anyone who is interested in "staying in the loop" or who has
useful computer skills is welcome to e-mail me, as I seem to
be in a "clearinghouse" position of sharing such info and offers.

My only request is that we respect Tom's reputation as a gentle
person, and do not engage in any of the (thankfully rare) harsh
rhetoric that I have read here on occasion.  That bothered Tom
a lot, and I am glad that it seems to be getting better on this list.

Respectfully,
Cantor Neil

Hey Cantor Neil,
I too worked with Mark and was able to create the code for and better usable Chabad Melody. Contact me privately if you have any questions.
