I forwarded the website to a friend, who wrote back that he had worked with
Rabbi Alouf, the chanter at that site many years ago on a project involving
Aleppo nusach. My friend's impression is that this is an Aleppo chant for
Tehilim, but does not reflect the te'amim of Tehillim.

I spent a couple of minutes comparing Kapitel 6 from Rabbi Alouf
with that chanted on the MP3s in the Ta'amei Emet lessons I
distributed a while back. They are not identical, but from the verse
or two I compared, certainly seemed to be rather similar, leading me
to conclude that they do reflect the te'amim.

If anyone wants to do a more thorough comparison, the version we
distributed teaching Ta'amei Emet can be found in:
