Coordinator: Available for Open-Stay and Closed Stay double door configuration. Each Class has an option for an Electromechanical coordinator that integrates with the Fire alarm. Coordinators work with door closers to ensure a sealed close for rebated doors. Electromechanical Coordinators offer an alternative to Hold-Open Magnets.
Tempus is a 60 minute fire rated door manufactured from steel. Designed to withstand the demanding environment of the construction industry, a Tempus fire door will help to ensure compliant fire control measures are in place on your construction site or in other temporary structures. Unlike traditional temporary timber fire doors, Tempus is maintenance-free and has an adjustable frame which allows the door to accommodate varying aperture sizes. The innovative, sustainable, and re-usable design reduces the waste and cost linked to traditional temporary wooden fire doors.
These fire retardant semi-translucent plastic sleeves fit any standard size doors and provide cost-effective protection from dust, dirt, paint and mortar splashes during building and refurbishment work. Each flame retardant sleeve is sealed on two sides to slip over the door quickly and easily, allowing it to remain fully operational once the sleeve is fitted. The cover also provides a surface for fixing any additional protection materials without causing damage to the doors or leaving any adhesive residue. These custom made pocket frames offer 30 minutes fire rating and can be made up to 2400mm in height and 1000mm in width.
This fire rated pocket door frame has been designed specifically to allow you to use any 30 minute fire rated door (FD30 ). It includes all the benefits of the standard Classic Pocket Door System plus a specially designed jamb kit made from a very particular hard wood called Pterygota bequaertii commonly known as Koto (supplied unfinished) and pre-treated with intumescent primer.
