I got my registration information on Wednesday and it says in it that
all skaters are required to have medical insurance as well as USARS.
This was not mentioned (at least where I saw) previous to my
registering. I am an independent contractor and do not have medical
insurance. Does this mean I can't participate in Leid on the Track?
Even if I sign a liability waiver and have USARS supplementary
coverage?
