I'll try to keep it as close as possible of a FAQ. So questions about the changes in Legiocomix should go here.

Q. Will you change the focus of Legiocomix?
A: Somewhat, yes. Let's not say we're changing the focus of legiocomix, but instead we're giving it one.

Q. So what will be this new focus.
A. Comics. That will be our new main goal for the "new" legiocomix. We'll try to turn all our efforts to make more comics instead pin-ups. Pin-Ups are fun, of course, but pages should be our focus in the updates.

Q. Just that? Comics? Or you intend to change the focus of the comics towards a specific theme, like superheroes or futanari?
A. At first no, we don't want to stick into a single genre of smut comics. For us, all genres are cool, but we will try to provide a good variety of them, not that different of what we were producing before, but more ample.

Q. What genres you'll cover?
A. So far we intend to cover a bit of superheroines, a bit of fetishes and/or bondage, the spreading theme of corruption/slutification, and some parodies - all in different comics. The main course will be always the girls getting what they badly want, a little spicy of futa here and there, and the participation of our Legio Girls sometimes.

This all seems great. I have been rather disapointed by the recent
posts on the website. Those illustrated storys are not for me and
gallery pages can be good sometimes but nothing compared to you're
fantastic comics. Loking forward guys

^^^ Carnage nailed it. The sketches in the stories could be great, but
the detail would be so much better if they were colored or touched up
a bit. I really like where you guys are going and hope that the
updates roll in more often. You guys have good stuff...I say this
because I'll cancel my membership when the updates slow down or come
to a complete halt. Then, a couple months later, I come right back to
see what is new. The recent months though have been disappointing
because I'll take a couple months off, and when I come back, there
still hasn't been much change. I will say though that th site, art,
and communication is great.

Hey Caranage!

First of all, thanks for register and give us a feedback. I wish more people could give us feedback, so we could make things more atuned to what the members want to see. That said, I'm sorry for the illustrated stories aren't atuned to what you wanted to see. :(

The idea behind of the illustrated stories was that instead we do simply pin-ups - unconnected to each other - they would belong to a single series, to tell a short story or a situation our girls would get themselves into.

But what you think makes the illustrated stories bad? Is the fact they aren't inked and colored? It's the text along the pics? It's something particular? ;)
Cheers!

Fabs.

Thank you for your reply, DABucks. You're around a lot - we appreciate that.

About the Illustrated Stories, you think they're no good at all, or its just because they are on pencil?

I'm trying to get the more precise information possible, because we're already working in another IS, and if doesn't resonate to you because the format is one thing, or if its because it's on pencil is another. But we're already working in another comic - and this time the pages will be in the proper format for web, not vertical anymore. I'll give you a sample of our WIP.
Thanks again, DABuck! :D

Maybe a lot of members likes the IS, i don't know. I am only speaking
for myself.

The main reason their not for me is that the flow get ripped apart.
You get into the great artwork and *boff* you get a page of cold,
boring text.

"The idea behind of the illustrated stories was that instead we do
simply
pin-ups - unconnected to each other - they would belong to a single
series,
to tell a short story or a situation our girls would get themselves
into."

I like the way you think here, turn the whole thing into a story. I
understand you're point here but compared to comics ... the IS can't
hold their ground.

"But what you think makes the illustrated stories bad? Is the fact
they
aren't inked and colored?"

This is not what sticks out to me. Yes, color gives so much more to it
so I'm all for that. After checking out you're full colored comics,
you see a pencil ... it can't compare. (But this is of course
something positive that you have set the standard so high of the
comics)

Thanks for you're work and for listening to us members

I apologize, I didn't mean to sound rude. I like the sketches, I just
love the pictures complete and colored. It adds more character to the
work.

What are the chances of you guys posting all of your older work? Back
from when it was legiostudios.com??? I remember seeing some of the old
work that has disappeared, like the pic of the girls with the Anubises
inside what appeared to be a Pyramid. One of my favorites and now I
can't find it anywhere.

Thanks for give us your input on this matter, Carnage. But to tell you the truth - my personal opinion here - I like the text parts. They don't seem cold nor boring, actually, they seem very vivid, and help you to get the mood for the next pic.

One of the factors that lead us to the IS is that way we can describe (in a fast way) events and actions that would be boring to show, or plain difficult. Just imagine how many pages would take for us to show Jenny's life before everything start to happen? THAT would be boring.

Again, thanks for the input. The more you give us, the more we can atune to you. ;)

You're probably talking about a work we did for the late 7superheroines.com. We never posted any of these works in our website - you may have seen a single panel I posted in hentay foundry a looooong time ago (its not there anymore, don't bother to look).

All of these stories don't belong to us, they belong to the owner of 7SH - we can't simply post them around.

By the way, there was never a legiostudios.com.

Any idea on when these changes will begin or when we will see
something? I've paid for the past 2 months and have only seen 3 new
pictures in the gallery. I really want to stick around because I love
the work, but it's hard to pay that kind of money when updates are few
and far between.

I'm sorry these changes are tanking more time than we planned.

We're producing three new stories that we intend to start posting this week. The first isn't exactly 'new', but a new rendition from Ginny's Week - better artwork and better colors.

The other two stories are superheroines - one is Sefrin drawing, and the other Kras's. We intend to put Sefrin's this week, and Kras's next. I'm attaching WIPS of them to this message in case you want to check what comes next.

These color pages are almost ready to go. Just need the lettering, and probably August 1st the first one will be online. Jennys story is far from finished, but we're on an impass: should we ink and color them (and that may take some time), or should we finish it on pencil as it is, then later, after the whole story is told, ink and color?

I say post them when their fully finsihed but that's just me.

About the lack of new material lately, I understand and respect that
the changes are taking som time. I wo'nt complain that we haven't seen
new comics for a while but instead I'm hoping that updates may come
more often when the metamorphosis is complete.

And superheroines! ... man I can't wait!!!

Hi Everyone,
As a fan I can respect the fact that we'd all love to see updates everyother day or so, but I just want to say that I know the entire team there is working very hard and for me the wait is ALWAYS worth the wait!  I'd urge everyone to stick it out and I know you'll agree with me.
Thanks for reading!

Hello there. Thank you for the great comics and art. I look forward to checking out all the new material. One question? Is Jenny's stout going to be finished soon. I am anxiously awaiting the final panels to see how it ends. Thanks again

So it's YOU!

FINALLY I'm gonna meet somebody that was enjoying Jenny's story! Thank you, Travis, for voice that! ^^ It's good to know that somebody is digging it. Yes, we intend to continue it - so far, 12 of 19 were posted, then at that point we (Kras and I) took the decision of give our stories more coherence, thats why we halted Jenny, and thats why we're reworking Ginny's Week. Grue (our writer colaborator is already working on it to turn her story into something more fluid too, since people complained about the wall of text). Believe me, if you were enjoying her before, you'll love what comes next. ^^

Very soon, Travis. Very soon! :D

around for a few pictures and cannot find them anymore.

From the Pin-Ups section? Nope, not that I know. It could be possible our webmaster took them for some reason. What pics are you talking about?

The pictures that had a girl with the soccer players. I think there
were 5 or 6 of them with that theme.

They were commissions that weren't properly labeled. I took them down and forgot to up back.

But we'll go make a cleanup in the galleries very soon so, probably that pic won't go back there.

Yeah, our webmaster just refuses to change our look. It seems we're doomed to keep that look for years to come. Meanwhile, we do what we can do to keep running it: we defined a schedule for the next updates. More news later.

Hmmm, looks like the number of pinups in the gallery just got cut in
half. I'm guessing you're taking down the oldest pics first so things
stay fresh. Other artists do that (Deuce of www.deucesworld.com being
one I know of), but I'm a bit curious what happens to the older, but
still awesome arts. I think I hear one fan suggest compressing them
into archives that the members can later download.
