Yes I do agree with the statement. The Church is the Mystical Body of
Christ and can not be separated from Him. So the graces earned for
the salvation of the world are earned through that union. Our job is
to try (weakly in my case, I admit) to pray and work for the salvation
of every person. That IS God's will that all be saved no matter how
it takes place.
