内容 1.Q&A
（1）生活中给你最大影响的人是谁，为什么？——是我的父母，家庭对我影响很大
（2）你为什么想来中国，你眼中的中国是什么样的？——我眼中的中国是一个有着丰富文化的国家，我觉得不同的文化之间应该相互交流分享。
（3）有参加过环保活动的经历吗？——有参加过一些活动如植树之类，但没有做过完整的项目。
（5）如果你来到长沙不幸迷路的怎么办？——来之前我会学习一些汉语，我可以寻求身边人的帮助。
（6）我们的学生主要针对高中生，如果你和他们间产生语言上的交流障碍怎么办？——我会利用肢体语言或一些其他途径解决。
2．回答trainee关于项目的疑问
Trainee问到有关项目的时间、寄宿家庭、buddy以及交通费用等一些详细问题，我们为其做了解答。
总结 Trainee综合素质不错，由于考虑到名额原因，我们决定再考虑看看。

1. Could you please give me a short introduction of yourself?
My name is Agustina Kusuma from Indonesia,I’m 20 years old and this is my third year in my university and that’s all,thank you.
2 Everyone of us is living with many people.Who influenced you most in the past several years?And why?
The person who influence me the most is my family.Before I do everything,my initial purpose is for my family even when I chose my university and my major are also for my family. I have lived with my family for 20 years, I can’t live without my family.My family is all the reason that I pursue.
3.What is the biggest difficulty you have ever met?
It’s very hard to go abroad in Indonesia because of the fee and it’s hard for Indonesian education to get the money and we need to get the scholarships and it’s a very difficult thing for me.
4.Have you ever taken part in such kind of activity?
Not yet.
5.What is the biggest problem you have ever met in organizing an activity?
In our team,everyone is still very young and everyone has their own perspective and some of them insist their opinion tightly.What’s more,they usually cannot see what is their real face so that sometimes it’s hard for them to obey the commands.It’s really a big obstacle in organizing an activity.
6. As you know,our students is Senior High School students.But sometimes their english is not good enough to understand you.What will you do to let them know what you said?
①.To learn some basic Chinese and try to let them understand me.
②.Using my body language.
7. What's your opinion towards protecting the environment?
We need to protect our environment in every single details and do it in every little things around us..And if we want to go to another place,we’d better walk.
8. If you arrive in Changsha in just one day, you don’t have a Chinese phone number and you can’t remember where you live. And unfortunately you find you lost yourself in Changsha without mobile phone, so, what will do you next?
①Learn some basic Chinese
②Ask the police to help me
9.What kind of role do you think that you suit the most in a team work?
I think I would better be a participant. I’m not familiar with this kind of activity and I get a lot of things to learn and do what I have to do.
10. What will you do if you find you are not satisfied with the job after you get started?
I will insist until the project ends.Because it is myself who choose the job and I should never regret what I have chosen.I hope that our project not only can affect the environment but also to affect everyone around us.This is AIESEC.
11. After the exchange, you have to finish about 4 feedbacks to MC and LC. Is it OK?MC is the member commity of mainland of china,and LC is local commity such like aiesec changhsa.

Considering that this interviewee has a good spoken English and good attitude towards our project,we can take her into our consideration. But since that the population is limited and she is from Indonesia and there are a lot of choices there and we need to wait to see whether the following Eps is better or not.

1. Please make a brief introduction about yourself
My name is Anis Maria from Bandung,Indonesia,I’m very hard-working and I try my best to do everything.
2. Who influence you the most?
My family.I learn everything from my family and they are really important for me.
3. What was the biggest problem you have ever met?
That is the desire for me to take part in this project.I have never taken part in this kind of project before and I love to challenge different thing.
4. Why do you want to go to China?
China is one of country that I want to travel and I love travelling alone.China is great nation and I am looking forward to have a good environment in China.
5. Have you ever taken part in this project?
No.It’s my first.Since that our environment is becoming worse and worse and we need to do my best to protect it.
6. You know we are going to carry the project out in high schools,but some of the students’ enligsh is not good enough to understand you.How can you do to let them know what you talk about.
I will use some pictures and explain it along the pictures.And then I will use some body language and gestures.Furthermore,I will prepare some video to let them have a better understanding.
7. What is your opinion towards protecting the environment?
We should do little things around us such as recycling the garbage.
8. What is you lost in Changsha the first day and you haven’t got a Chinese SIM card?
I will tell the person around me what is my problem and then call the police.
9. If there is some punishment after the game,will you agree to sing a song?
Of course no.
10. Do you agree to write a feedback to the MC and the LC?
NO.
11.What is your role in a team work?
I’ll try my best to be a team leader and regard my member as my family not a partner.
12.What do you want to learn from the project?
I hope I can get a better understanding towards protecting the environment and I can do my best to influence the people around me and give my power to the world.

My name is Roderick ，I’m studying in Tsing hua University in Taiwan .and I like music ,shopping, photographing .
2. Who influence you the most?
My parents, especially my mom. mom support me, and give me wonderful life experience, she’s the most influence people in my life.
3. What was the biggest problem you have ever met?
I think I have no idea to describe the biggest problem in my life. (he also say its his first interview ,so he is nervous.)
4. Why do you want to go to Mainland of China, what attract you the most?
China is a country relative to me, and its beautiful ~~~~~
5. Have you ever taken part in this project?
No.
6. What’s you opinion about the relationship between Taiwan and Mainland of China?
Complex, don’t have many thought about this, just keep it normal.
7. What’s your expectation ,and why?
Environment is important issue, that’s what attract me , and I wanna learn knowledge in new aspect.

I am a native Chinese speaker and I can translate it into Chinese.

Ok, I’m a open-minded people.

It doesn’t matter what role I play, I just try my best, do what I should do, try best to balance TL and member.

Maybe the team leader, because I am a Chinese , and I have the advantage of language ability.
14. What will you do if you find you are not satisfied with the job after you get started?
Try to change it or negotiate with local AIESEC committee.
15.What do you want to learn from the project?
Ability of solving problem, independence out of hometown, interacting between foreigner and Chinese people.

长沙有些陌生，很新奇，想体验，并且符合寒假时间。

不是，同学说的还不错，想试试看。
3. 会不会水项目什么的？
不会，会全程配和，并把项目作为第一优先。

Summary
Considering that its Chin-Yu Lu’s first interview, and he is nervous, so we think we do believe he didn’t fake his words. And he is friendly and kind, have big wish to join our project, and want it to be better, so we think we should accept him .
