此表格中的LC（或entity）是国外与我们建立合作关系的分会（或国家），通过合作关系来直接推送我们的项目资料给他们，或者跟他们索取ep名单直接promote，都能提高match率。

顾名思义，不同国家会建立全国统一的信息收集表格，把EP信息po在上面，这样就比在@.net上搜索更加方便。

这两个search tool 请速度使用哦
其实有个好方法是利用search tool上的信息，在FB上找到这个人
然后跟他聊把你们的项目promote给他！！
