Dear LCPs,

As we all know, IPM 2014 is going to host in China!!! It's first time in AIESEC Mainland China's history that we are hosting a global AIESEC conference, all the MCP&MCP elect from all over the world will gather in China to experience our amazing culture, and start their life-changing experience. We will also witness the PAI election there!

Today, I am honored to open the selection board opportunity for IPM 2014 CCP selection.

Responsibility of selection board:

1) Develop selection criteria

2) Design interview questions  (One online meeting needed this weekend)

3) Conduct virtual interview together with MCP & board member (1st week of Jan)

4) Join decision making and follow up with candidates 

Notes:

1) Since IPM is going to be host in Shanghai or Guangzhou, so we will need at least one representative from SH&GZ.

2) To be fair,we won't recommend the home LC of the CCP candidates to be in the selection board.

3) We will select 3~4 LCPs to be in the selection board. Both LCP 2012 &2013 are welcomed.

Write me an email with "Why you want to be in the selection board and why you think you are the best candidate" by Dec 28 ,this Fri 23:59.
