Explanation on Session 2nd & 3rd

Transition Output Presentation (13/14-12/13)

It will be a session of EB 13/14 assuming themselves as EB 12/13 and give the transition to EB 12/13 by viewing them as EB 14/15. It aims at clearing up and sumarizing the transition EB 12/13 gave to the EB 13/14.

LC Focus Area Co-create & 1st YY

a.1st step of this session is to devide the EB13/14 into 4 groups and each group contain 2 people. b.With 20 mins discussion in each group of their plan for their function next year and the benefits to LC as a whole, they are supposed to come out with the common points their plans have and make it one. c.Then, in the next 20 mins, 2 groups form togethor into a 4-people group and discuss the same way and come out with one. d.Finally, these 2 groups of 4 people form togethor as a whole and come out with the final common one, which is the first edition of the LC focus area of 2013. (During the whole process, the EB 12/13 will be as observers and give feedback to their ideas during the discussions.)

How to make us a great EB Team? (Dicussion+Presentation+Pick out the Common+Make a Vow)

a.To devide 16 people into 4 groups and have a 20-minute-discussion; b.Presentation about the outcome of the discussion; c.Picking out the Common rules for building a great EB team; d.EB 13/14 to make a vow based on the content on the Common Rules.

AIESEC MoC环节中的 National LCs Positioning 由于MC OD统计的不全面,没有太准确的数据; MC 那块儿可以放在单独Tran的时候介绍相关Func的MC EB。
所以十分钟应该也讲不出来什么,感觉可以考虑取消或深化。

Suggestion: 1. 关于Focus Area讨论的部分, 能不能在分组的时候根据相关Synergy来分组,
                             而不是随机分组,具体相关Synergy也可以根据Candidate的意见。
                         2. 这个讨论的部分分为很多的步骤,把一个小时割裂为了很多部分,
                              能不能稍微简化一些使每部分时间长些、讨论的深化些。

Question:   1. 在讨论的过程中Candy,Incoming LCP的角色是和你的新EB Team一起讨论还是和2012 EB充当Observer。
                       2. 关于讨论部分 2012 EB需要给Feedback,定位是怎么样的,因为新老不同但新EB对于明年有新想法。

就是这些啦 =)
