Error message appearing when I attempt to label tapes..

The following error message appears when I attempt to label my tapes
on my ADIC I500 jukebox.

Server cpclegato.cph.local: write open error: The device has indicated
that cleaning is required before further operations are attempted.

** I cleaned the drive AND THIS ERROR MESSAGE IS STILL APPEARING!!!

Can anyone help me out on what my next step should be with this.
