Tape not detected

iam new to this group i hope some one would help me in following regard
i have one windowws 2003 as legato server and REHL-3 as clinte
in linux out of 2 tape drive in dell power vault 136t only one tape
drive is visible for command inquire

I guess we need more input here.
What kind of tape drive is it?
What NetWorker release do you use?
Are these tape devices scsi or fibre channel connected?
What scsi ID are they configured with?
Can you see both devices with `lspci`?

I thank u for reply, we have two RHEL3 server runing in
clurter mode carry oracle 9i
for data base data is stored in storage device EMC2 which in turn
connected to tape library
through brocade 3250 switch as well other system with windows 2003
which ac as networker
serve and storage node
legato networker version used is 7.2
Issue of 2 tape detection came when backup didnot happned for second
cluster server
windows 2003 show 2tape but RHEL3 shows only one u can observe in
following command
