annoying bootstrap printing

Hi all
I have another problems.
In first, bootstrap printing.
I don`t need this.
When I clear "action" string in "customize->notifications" window
(nwadmin) bootstrap printing stops. But in "messages" logfile full
bootstrap content appears!
And some documents (named as "user_hostname" for workstation (user has
administrative rights) ) still printing.
How I can stop it ?

Thank you for answering. But I not so interesting in that problem now.
I was planed to perform directed recovery of other clients from one
workstation. I need some kind of "centralized recovery". And one client
must be recovered only to himself, no others.
And on "false" client was localized Windows.
