\\Tape0 is busy

Version of Networker -- 7.2.2 Build 422

I am trying to do an inventory of my tapes that are in my ADIC I500
jukebox and every single time I kick off the inventory, it starts off
and about a half min in it says the drive is either disabled OR \
\Tape0 (which is my only Tape drive) is busy.

How can I get my tape drives functional again so that my backup
savesets will start running again (as they have not fired off in the
last 3 nights.)
