Do you have the format of Board Resolution for authorization a person to deal with of all the following matters.
1- To sign, execute and register documents relating to any property/Car Lease on behalf of the Company
2- To sign, execute and register documents relating to employees benefit
3- To sign and file of TDS returns, Form 16, 16A
4- Authority To sign all Documents related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax
5- To sign and deliver Appointment letter of employees
6- To sign and deal with any Purchase Order
7- To Sign and deal with any Service Contract/ Rate Contract
8- To sign and file of Service Tax Forms
9- To sign, execute and register MSA, NDA and other Client Agreements and documents
10- To deal with the matters of RBI, ROC and Company Law Board
11- To sign returns, letters and other documents and to appear before any authority to represent the Company
12- To deal with the competent revenue , municipal and local authorities
13- To sign, execute, submit documents and to appear before Telecommunication Authorities, Motor Vehicles Licensing and other Licensing Authorities on behalf of the Company.
14- To sign, execute and submit documents with the Customs/Excise/Central and State Sales Tax Authorities
