hello Friends,

i have two queries to ask

1. one private company has some share application money and some unsecured loan showing in the balance sheet, now the company wants to allot shares for such application money also to convert unsecured loan and allot shares

please guide me in view of new Companies Act 2013 and what are the forms to be filed for such allotment and conversion


second query:

one auditor is serving in a private company since 2008 now please help me in calculating for how many more years he can audit the accounts of the company as per new Companies Act 2013.
