Does anyone remember the name of the case where the supreme court had criticized the order of the lower court that was to take effect in the event of plaintiff/ respondent depositing court fees(?) at a future date.
I remember reading but cannot find.

I remember one where the decree could not be prepared till the court fee deficiency was made up but I don't remember any SC criticism. This was 'Udayan Chinubhai v R C Bali AIR 1977 SC 2319' in Limitation.
