inviting others to the group

I've modified the group settings so that any member can invite others. 

To help guard against spam, I've also set it so that messages from new members are moderated.

Thanks for invite - joining was painless.

I was hoping to make it just as easy when inviting colleagues, however, I could not find the Invite Members button on the home page as suggested in HELP.
