We received the below request from Joe Newman at the Future of Privacy Forum. Please respond with interest to nylegal...@gmail.com.
We're trying to find out how many companies listed as current in the US/EU Safe Harbor are headquartered in an EU member state. We've got the list of Safe Harbor companies from that DOC link above, and both Google and LinkedIn have pretty comprehensive lists of company headquarter locations. Problem is, I don't know how to scrape Google/Linkedin's results and cross-check them against the DOC's spreadsheet.
