Tim has been an amazing supporter of our group in the past. This new working paper covers two important questions:
- What legal processes can be automated? and
- Will legal frameworks allow for such automated processes?
In discussing these questions, he proposes a "controlled openness" approach analogous to the RESTful APIs that have spurred so much recent growth in tech entrepreneurship.
