I. The Practical Implications of Equity and Non-Equity CrowdfundingWe are meeting this Thursday (3/27) to discuss equity and non-equity crowdfunding. In 2012, Congress passed the JOBS Act to facilitate startup fundraising through so-called crowdfunding platforms. We have a panel of experts to help us parse out the vices and virtues of equity and non-equity crowdfunding. We hope you'll join us for a great primer and discussion on this extremely relevant issue.
