Religion and Procedure of Court Marriage in Pakistan:

With respect to procedure of court marriage in Pakistan and custody of children in Pakistan Advocate Nazia is the best Advocate. The Way of Court Marriage in Pakistan is Very simple in the light of court marriage procedure in Pakistan. The injunction applies to all human beings irrespective of religion, race, color, creed, or nationality.  Regarding Muslims and those non-Muslims who live in Dar-al-Islam, the Prophet's address on the farewell Hajj's occasion is worth noting.  There can be several ways of saving the lives of the people from death. A person may be seriously ill or critically wounded irrespective of procedure of court marriage in Pakistan and custody of children in Pakistan.

Duty of a Muslim:

In such cases, irrespective of his nationality, race, or color, it is the duty of a Muslim to do all he can to save him. If anyone is dying of starvation or is drowning, then it is his duty to feed him or save him from drowning. If a Muslim is aware that any individual requires assistance, it is his duty to assist such a person within the permissible limits.  The Islamic law principles relating to murders would be equally applicable to the crimes committed under the Genocide Convention of 1948 3 because genocide amounts to mass murders.

Genocide Convention's Objectives:

One of the Genocide Convention's objectives was to "liberate mankind from such an odious scourge." The Genocide Convention creates a new universal crime in international law of acts of mass murders. The Convention provides that it must punish the perpetrators of the crime of genocide. A competent court regarding procedure of court marriage in Pakistan and custody of children in Pakistan may try them or a tribunal of the State where the act was committed or by an international tribunal having jurisdiction based on treaty and irrespective of the fact that the accused person is the constitutional head of a State, public official or private individual. In cases where their extradition is requested, such persons shall not be able to defend "political offenses "to prevent their extradition.

Statute of the International Criminal Court:

The recently adopted 'Statute of the International Criminal Court' 19982 (ICC) has also declared Genocide as a universal crime and can assume jurisdiction if the State concerned cannot try the case or the remedy available is inadequate irrespective of procedure of court marriage in Pakistan and custody of children in Pakistan.

Islamic law:

This is known as the principle of 'complimentarily.'  In Islamic law, a State is also under a duty to prevent such offenses, either by that in authority or by other individuals (s). It is under an obligation to proceed against individuals or groups accused of committing such heinous crimes.  In Islam, not only in a case involving murder but also in causing grievous bodily harm or other types of physical injuries, God's protection is guaranteed. Experience has shown that innocent people's victimization, including extrajudicial killings, is most rampant in Islamic countries where the government's executive arm wields excessive power.

Islam's teachings:

In such States, contrary to Islam's teachings, there are insufficient and ineffective legal safeguards on the abuse of such power. There are no adequate remedies regarding procedure of court marriage in Pakistan and custody of children in Pakistan against the erring officials where excesses are committed even where there is a semblance of limitation on governmental power exercise. Hence we see that there is a misuse of power by those in authority, and the concomitant victimization of citizens, in most cases for personal reasons, continues unchecked.
