Hi Nicole, I'm at the Columbia Center for Infection and Immunity. I left you a voicemail today. I am trying to run a Lefse analysis on the Galaxy interface and I'm running into what seems to be server issues. Do you know if there is anything being worked on or has anyone else reached out about this?

  The Huttenhower Galaxy server is a bit of a square wheel (i.e. clunky), and it doesn't look like it will be improving anytime soon.

As a result, lots of people have asked questions similar to yours! Options on hand are: 

• keep trying (possibly at times when the northern American union of states is asleep)
  
• alternatively, install it locally on your computer.
