I had an amazing experience at Models of Pride on the USC campus in Los Angeles last weekend, sharing my "Discover LGBTQ History" presentation. And I'm excited that I'll be presenting at the upcoming KidLitCon13 in Austin, Texas on November 9.  It's the annual conference of bloggers who focus on kid's and teen literature, and I'll be giving this talk, "Diversity In Kid Lit: Nurture More, Blog More, Get More" and I'll be on the panel, Kidlit Blogging Roundtable: Our Past, Present, and Future.  More info here: http://bit.ly/1diFrY0
