I'm excited to announce that I'll be presenting "Get Empowered: Know Our Queer History" at the 20th annual Models of Pride Conference, held on October 13, 2012.  Models of Pride is a free one-day conference in Los Angeles that focuses on the concerns and interests of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trangender and Questioning youth and their allies.  Last year had over 1,200 youth attend, and my session was standing room only…  Find out more here: www.modelsofpride.org
