Sandor is the inspiring author of The Art of Fermentation and Wild
Fermentation and he is visiting the UK next May. He is giving a couple of
talks in the South of England and I've been contacted by a fellow Permie
fermenting fan in Lancaster to see whether there might be interest in and
around Leeds to help organise a talk up north. So following Chris's
fantastic talk at LPN a few months ago, I was thinking that there might
well be a few of you that would be up for it? I said I'd get back to her
by the end of the week, so if you are interested please get in touch. At
the very least, I will find out about his existing dates and circulate them
on. The idea of a large Northern event is based on his limited availability
and cost - so getting him along to a LPN evening wouldn't sadly quite cover
it!
