The World Forum in Lille, October 2013, brings together *Ellen
MacArthur*(Circular Economy) and
*Jeremy Rifkin* (Third Industrial Revolution - TIR) with Bhutan Happiness

I will be leading a discussion on Jeremy Rifkin's Third Industrial

Windmill. Or Wikipedia has a section on Jeremy Rifkin,which seems up to
date, and there are many videos and articles cited there.

The main session will start at 7.30pm but please join us for food
from 7pmand bring a little to share.

NB: for the foreseeable future, Windmills will be at David and Pam's house,
1 Gledhow Park Road, Leeds, LS7 4JX whilst I will continue to organise
them.

Suggestions for future Windmills would be most welcome.

Directions to Pam and David's house:
If coming by bus from the centre of Leeds, take the 2, 3 or 3a from the
Corn Exchange or New Briggate (heading North). After Chapel Allerton
Hospital on the right, look out for a Lidl supermarket on the left and get
off at the stop
50 m after the Lidl. Cross the road by the pelican crossing and follow
Montreal Avenue, which starts at the Post Office. At the end of Montreal
Avenue there is a mini-roundabout. Our house is the first on the left with
the Gledhow Park Road sign on the verge and a birch tree in the front
garden.
