Front Door

Hi All,

We are aware the front door is a nightmare at the moment, however having had numerous reports of the door not being locked we need to address the situation.

The Door frame has been damaged by;

1. the leak in front entrance
2. members letting the door swing free and it swinging open
3. Wear and tear

unfortunately we can't replace the door until the leak is fixed and we are putting pressure on the landlord to fix this.

What you can do to help;

• Don't let the door swing freely, make sure its held open by the rock or securely closed.
• Use the solid handle to pull the door closed, not the push bar.
• test the door is locked when you close it, use the same force it takes to open it.

report issues/phone directors if you have a problem.

we are trying to get this sorted as quickly as possible but please please please help us by using the door correctly.
