Hackspace light night volunteering and after party

Trying to keep this brief- please ask for clarifications if needed/

Light Night is 24h and 25h October this year and we will once again be displaying two of our artworks. 

The cube will be at Leeds museum

The mandala / breathe will be at trinity church

We have been asked about putting the cube up a day early for a short Wednesday evening showing. This is for a quieter evening show to enable accessibility to light night for those who would be too overstimulated to attend the Thursday/ Friday full nights. Its completely optional depending on getting enough volunteers

We need volunteers for

• Testing and improvement of the mandala at the hackspace date TBC
• 4 people to setup the cube
• 4 people to set up the mandala (can be same people)
• Anyone who wants to help engage with the public on the night / hand out tablets for the interactive games
• 4 people to disassemble the mandala the Friday night
• 3+ people to help disassemble the cube Saturday morning
• Anyone who wants to come to the hackspace on the Saturday night to celebrate/ dink/ play board games.(no ambulance and no COVID this time please) BYOB/W/V/C

If you dont have a light night t-shirt already we can make you one. 

If you are helping with assembly and sticking around for displaying  or helping with the Saturday morning teardown, food will be provided. Other food may be available depending on how the funds stretch.

Hi I'm up for light night again :) are we having people at breath and cube for displaying? And if we want more music for breath let me know :)

Please note the error in the sign up sheet, drinks at the hackspace are on the 26th (Saturday) not the 27th
