Hi,
Does anyone knows where I could get a shredder from for an hour?
Two brown bins are full with little branches but council will not take
them before April.
I am thinking cutting them to be good for compost.

Try messaging Leeds Wood Recycling ( https://www.leedswoodrecycling.co.uk/ ) or Leeds Coppice Workers ( https://leedscoppiceworkers.co.uk/ ). I think sometimes you can take them to the household recycling sites if you or anyone has a car,
