What do you love about Hackspace?

I'm giving a talk next week about the Hackspace and I'd like to include all the best things about it. If you've got any thoughts about the matter please reply or send an email to kie...@leedshackspace.org.uk or dire...@leedshackspace.org.uk. A short paragraph, bullet points, 3000 word essay, or interpretive dance on what you love about the Hackspace would be very helpful (although I'm not going to promise to dance in front of a crowd).
