It's that time of year again where I attempt to coax you all out of your winter hibernation and back to the darkroom with the treasure hunt complete with prizes!
Within the darkroom in plain sight are 7 microdots, measuring around 2x1mm. No moving, opening or interacting with items required, they are all staring you in the face. To win a prize, all you have to do is load it into the enlarger, project it onto a regular piece of paper and send a photograph of the projection into Slack’s #darkroom channel. If for some reason you’re unable to use Slack, an email reply to this email with the photo attached will also be accepted.
There is instructions in the attached PDF on how to use the enlarger for this
competition, but if in any doubt using it, message on #darkroom on
Slack, DM me (Stephen S) or reply to this email. Also in the PDF is the rules of the competition.
There is also a red herring! Don’t worry, there’s still a prize for the red herring, it’s just a bit different in format. Also, in addition to the prizes, you also get to keep the microdot! Your own tiny example of Cold War espionage tech!
Sadly for health & safety reasons, this competition is only open to darkroom inducted members.
So what are you waiting for? Good hunting!
