Joe stepping down- new hackspace directors needed.

Hi All, its been a while since held a meeting do discuss replacing me with new directors for the hackspace- about 18months.

Some things took longer than expected and other things got in the way. and I didnt want to hand over when there was some critical work just about to be done 

Now the the insurance has been renewed, the accounts have been submitted, we have a few years on the lease, the electrics are in hand, the latest fire equipment safety check is on Thursday, the risk assessments have just had the latest review. 

So in 2 months time ill be stepping down In the next week or two ill be posting about the process to hopefully elect in some new directors.
