Hi Paul

officially its 3mm plywood but has a tolerance of +0.2/-0.4 so its between 2.6and 3.2mm

our machine has a slight skew so a sheet cut at 625mmx405mm ends up having a workable area of approx 620mmx4oomm.

the other thing is due to the nature of wood there is often a bow or crook to plywood, and in some cases a twist. It has been measured in excess of 25mm rise between the flat centre of the plywood and the corner. These twists are completely normal and add to the natural character of the plywood. for this reason we always suggest using weights to hold the ply down.

should have also said for most projects when designing joints most people leave it as 3mm and have little/no issue when it comes to putting it together
