Hi all,
Several of you recently indicated that you are interested in
participating in a LEED for Commercial Interiors Study Group. I would
like to get organized and start study group meetings this month.
Following is my plan:
Our first organizational meeting will be on Thursday, next week,
January 20thth at Stephanos, located at 4632 South Maryland, in the
shopping center across from the UNLV Student Union Building.
Following is information on the study materials that I recommend that
we use for this study group.
1) Textbook Website: http://www.usgbc.org/Store/PublicationsList_New.aspx
2009 Edition Reference Guides and LEED Publications LEED Reference
Guide for Green Interior Design and Construction
(Hard Copy Book Price: $195.00 for non-members; $160.00 for USGBC
national members) They now have a bulk pricing listing of $135.00
each for the purchase of 10 or more hard copies by USGBC national
members..
2) Practice Test Website: http://www.greenexamprep.com/store/products/PTLEEDIDC.html
(LEED AP Interior Design + Construction Practice Tests with Exam
Simulator...Price $49.95)
