New plugins: Poshuku {DC/AC,QRd}; LMP BrainSlugz

Hi there,

A few new modules have been added, sorry for not writing about them earlier.

* LMP BrainSlugz ( http://leechcraft.org/plugins-lmp-brainslugz ),
discography completeness checker.

Depends on nothing in compile time, depends on a module like
musiczombie for discography fetching and lastfmscrobble for album art
fetching in runtime. Also could use a module like TouchStreams in
runtime to automatically find the tracks on teh internets and add them
to LMP queue.

Please use virtuals for runtime deps if possible.

* Poshuku DC/AC ( http://leechcraft.org/plugins-poshuku-dcac ) is a
color invertor providing something similar to a night mode without any
user CSS. Doesn't depend on anything but Poshuku.

* Poshuku QRd generates QR codes for web pages URLs so one could open
them on a mobile device by pointing a QR code scanner on the PC
display. Depends on qrencode.
