C++14 usage

Hi all,

I'm considering migrating to C++14 in whole LeechCraft, including the utility library. This will prevent building with gcc older than 4.9 or clang older than 3.4.

TBH I would rather avoid building with gcc at all, since even 4.9's support for C++14 is very limited.

What're your thoughts? Probably it's time to finally drop the older distros? gcc 4.9.0 was released almost half a year ago.
