Combining --strict and --permissive

Hi group, long time no see!

I noticed with the following file:

2024/02/02 Test

Expenses $2

Assets:Bank

2024/02/03 More spending

Expenses $4

Assets:Bank -$4 = $22

Calling ledger --strict --permissive -f test.journal bal ignores the assertion error, but it also ignores the two undefined accounts and the undefined commodity. I'd like to get messages about those while still ignoring the assertions. Is that possible?
