MacPorts and Python3

The README currently says for MacPorts:

$ sudo port install -f cmake python26 \
libiconv +universal zlib +universal gmp +universal \
mpfr +universal ncurses +universal ncursesw +universal \
gettext +universal libedit +universal boost-jam \
boost +st+python26+icu texlive doxygen graphviz \
texinfo lcov sloccount

This needs an update for Python 3. Can someone submit a PR
updating the README.

I'm happy to make the change, but what should it be? I no longer use MacPorts.

Does anyone still use MacPorts or is MacPorts obsolete and this
should be removed from the README?
