Hi,

Just want to let you know about a new script I wrote that lets you sync your ledger files with the android app MyExpenses. It's open source (GPL3.0) and written in BASH for Linux:

It seemed clear to me that the MyExpenses app is one of the best open source finance apps. As well as the great UX it has an automatic sync feature that works across multiple devices via file/dropbox/webdav. It just knows nothing about ledger.

So I spent a few days writing a script that can translate between ledger and MyExpenses, keeping them in sync with each other. You just need to run it on a device that has access to your ledger files and your chosen sync location for MyExpenses.

Please give it a try and/or let me know if you're interested in this. I am just working on it for my own use but would appreciate any feedback you have!

Thanks

Ian

Cheers - glad to be able to give something back! I've been a ledger user for years, thanks to you for creating it.
