Comma as decimal delimiter - Reconciliation

When I call 'Check Balance' in the ledger buffer I get:

€2.622,23

When I call 'Reconcile Account' the amount is strangely split and I get this message:

Can't subtract different commodities (2.638 "€,21") from (1598 "€")

And the second value (1598 "€") is entered as €15,98, since we use comma as separator

The € commodity format I've define as €1.000,00
