Info file build error

Got this running "makeinfo ledger-mode.texi" on latest
source on Fedora-18:

/opt/NotBackedUp/usr/src/ledger/doc//ledger-mode.texi:236: `Quick Balance Display' has no Up field (perhaps incorrect sectioning?).
/opt/NotBackedUp/usr/src/ledger/doc//ledger-mode.texi:236: warning: unreferenced node `Quick Balance Display'.
makeinfo: Removing output file `/opt/NotBackedUp/usr/src/ledger/doc/ledger-mode.info' due to errors; use --force to preserve.

Should be fixed now. I forgot to check the info generation, I always
use the PDF...

Due to some recent change to ledger mode when I add a
transaction with C-c C-a it is placed at the end of the
ledger file instead of the appropriate slot in date order.
My date format is YYYY-MM-DD.
