Options "--args-only" doesn't work on Windows 10

Hi, all
I wonder if any has issues with "--args-only" option on Windows 10.
Command: "ledger --args-only --f test.data reg" work on Linux (wsl on Win10), but in Windows OS the same command doesn't work in the same folder.
