ledger2beancount v2.0: ledger-to-beancount converter

I released version 2.0 of ledger2beancount, a ledger-to-beancount
converter.

You can get ledger2beancount from GitHub:

I'm calling this release 2.0 because I've run out of things
to fix. If you run into any problems, please open an issue
on GitHub.

Here are the changes in 2.0:

* Handle comments in `account` and `commodity` declarations
* Handle transactions with a single posting (without `bucket`)
* Handle empty metadata values
* Rewrite Emacs modeline
