Change begin date for intervals

I get paid on the 10th of every month. How can I make Ledger's 'reg' command report monthly based on fiscal months, from the 10th of each month through the 9th of the next month, rather than based on calendar months?

I'm afraid there is presently no way of shifting the starting day for the
--monthly option. This would be easy to add, however, since there is already
--start-of-week for doing the same to weekly periods. I think there should be
a --period-shift option, which shifts the reporting period by whatever makes
sense for that period.

I will enter this feature request into Bugzilla.
