pricehist 1.2.3: command-line tool to fetch daily historical prices

I've released version 1.2.3 of pricehist:

Improvements since last time include:

- Comprehensive error handling, including issues raised on the hledger mailing list

- A strong suite of unit tests with 100% statement coverage

- Basic live tests to detect if a data source stops working

- Support for running via bean-price

- Support for Coinbase Pro as a data source

- An expanded README covering various use cases
