Time keeping start time

I'm using Ledger for time tracking, and I'd like to produce a report each day of the time I've spent since 4:00 PM yesterday. I see that I can use -b to specify a beginning date, but there doesn't seem to be a way to specify a time. I've also tried --period, where "since yesterday" works, but "since 4PM yesterday" does not.

Is there any way to specify a start time, or does the granularity only allow me to specify a starting date?
