MichaelK. J. Milligan is the Chief Executive Officer of ABET, the global accreditor of over 4,000 college and university programs in applied and natural science, computing, engineering and engineering technology.
Prior to joining ABET in 2009, Milligan was a systems director at the Aerospace Corporation, leading a team at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center developing the next generation environmental satellites for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Milligan served over 24 years as a career U.S. Air Force officer working in operations, education, international research and development. During his USAF career, he served as an associate professor and deputy department head in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado.
William (Bill) Oakes is Assistant Dean for Experiential Learning, Director of the EPICS Program, and a 150th Anniversary Professor and one of the founding faculty members of the School of Engineering Education at Purdue University. He is a leader in community engagement, conducting more than 100 workshops, publishing articles and contributing to nine books including co-authoring the first text for engineering service-learning.
Ramesh graduated with the Bachelor of Engineering degree (Honors) in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 1981 from Regional Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli (now known as National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli), formerly affiliated to University of Madras, India and received the Master of Science and Doctorate of Philosophy degrees in Electrical Engineering in 1983 and 1986 respectively from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, United States.
Ramesh began his professional career as professor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at California State University, Sacramento and served as the Department Chair beginning in 1994.[4][5] He served as Dean of the College of Engineering and Computer Science at California State University, Northridge from 2006-2017, and professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at CSUN from 2017 to the present. Ramesh was elected president of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc. (ABET) in 2021.
She held the post of Principal/Director for more than 15 years. Under her leadership, she has transformed an affiliated Engineering college into an Autonomous Institute with excellent credentials. Dr. Sushma has contributed to 142 research papers and has two patents provisionally registered. She has delivered more than 110 expert talks on various topics in India and outside India. Under her guidance, 3 students have completed Ph.D. and 6 are pursuing it. She has guided more than 60+ UG & PG students on their projects.

Conference proceedings and indexing information:
Accepted papers and workshops will be presented/facilitated at the conference by registered participants. The conference proceedings will be Scopus indexed and available at Proceedings.com. Refer -result/?search_query=REES for the proceedings of 2021.
Proposals for Workshops:
Workshops will be held face-to-face at KLE Tech for a duration of 90 minutes. Workshop proposers may nominate their preference for their topic by using the template at REES2024_Workshop_Proposal Template.
